The most up-market part of Eldevin City must be the Creative Quarter. It is filled with bistros and pavilions for its population of artisans and rich folk to enjoy. Don't let the spotless streets fool you, there is plenty of intrigue to be found.
The Crafting Quarter is home to the finest weapon and armor smiths in the kingdom. There is no coincidence that the Arena is located here. The combatants are some of the Quarter's best customers.
In the lower west corner of Eldevin City lies the Working District, affectionately referred to as the Slums. Most of the city's poorer inhabitants find work and shelter here. The filth and disease provide the perfect hiding place for the more questionable goods and services available.
The mercantile center of Eldevin City is the Trade District. From shigra hides to magical weapons, all manner of exotic and mundane goods can be traded in its markets. It is ideally located between the Army Barracks and the Slums, ensuring a steady flow of custom.
Having a harbor on the coast of the Bemalic Ocean makes Eldevin city one of the busiest port cities in the land. This strategic position is important to its protection as well as to commerce, as the Harbor District also supports the kingdom's navy. Tourists are advised to avoid the local establishments when the sailors are on their annual shore leave.
