Incoming Hotfix 10th August : 1.34b

All servers have been rebooted and hotfix 1.34b is now live, featuring new pets and mounts for Summer's Passing event. Full patch notes below.

The King of Pirates now drops 2 additional pets and a new mount.
The King of Pirates announcement will now appear 3 minutes before he spawns.
The King of Pirates minimum level has been raised to 30.
The Booty Island cave now stocks a new mount.
All Ability, Pet, Dance and Emote's now need to be confirmed on learning.
Corrected the rarities of several event vanity items.
The Red, Green, Blue and Black Floral Shirts no longer have a durability value or a level requirement.
Resolved an issue which may have meant the spirits weren't resetting regularly.
