• Updated the Festive Shoals to be useable from level 1 Fishing.
• Updated the Festive Shoals to contain more fish before despawning.
• The Frost Dragon will remain around for longer when he spawns or defeats the players.
• Fixed bug where the Festive cracker and present didn't give you a message if it wasn't intended for you.
• Fixed guard duty conversation check not working if you were on stage 7.
• All mobs in the Glacial Plains now have a small chance to drop Snowballs.
• Increased the chance of the Frozen Explorer Jacket dropping from the Festive Present.
